I would rate the delivery personal a 5 across the board without a doubt.
Unfortunately I cannot say the same for the wait period to answer my call to provide my rating.. To answer the call in a timely matter would improve the rating on the cooperate end.

We received our washer and dryer which were installed but not checked to make sure they were in working order. The dryer did not work, infact it took 6 hours to dry one load of clothes. My husband spent 1.5 hours trying to get someone to take ownership of the product. Home Dep0t said work with RAS Delivery and then RAS Delivery said they couldn't help we needed to work with Maytag. Maytag said they were incorrect work with RAS Delievery Service. Two hours later we finally get a promise to have the delievey made FIVE days later. Due to the problems with the product we were promised that we would have a late afternoon delivery so we wouldn't have to take a vacation day to accomodate their schedule. Alas, that promise was not kept, I had to call at 5:00 the day before the delivery was scheduled since i didn't get a call stating the time of delivery and was told it would arrive between 9:30 and 1:30--another screw up--another promise not kept. When I buy my new dishwasher I will walk out of the store if I find this company is the delievery company they work with.

They were suppose to call 30 minutes before arrival. Instead, they arrived 5 minutes after calling. We were not given time to empty refrigerator because he said they would not be here that long. They did not hook up ice maker and left water cut-off on hot water side of sink. They left old stove and refrigerator sitting in the middle of the kitchen floor. After calling local home depot several times, the manager finally came out that afternoon and moved the old appliances outside as we requested. The delivery man was only interested in getting in and out as fast as he could with no consideration of his customer. Today's standard of no customer service whatsoever, Home Depot must do better.
