I've been arguing with them for 2 months over a supposed lapse in homeowner's coverage. Twice I was told they had what they needed from my insurance company and to ignore the warning letter, Yet today I'm told they do not have what they need. No confidence in their call center or the feedback they provide. I wonder how many other customers they pull this on??
