Despite advertising "We would be glad to help you ID any Carousel animal, Rocking Horse, or Coin-operated Kiddie ride Horse," I learned little from Carousel Workshop for the $25 fee charged. After I provided several photos of my unknown horse, the assessment was that it was from a pedal car "made by several companies in several variations." Even its estimated value contained a 100 percent bracket. Carousel Workshop's admission "this is not our forte" should have been relayed to me before my payment was accepted.
