Poor customer service! Service dept. pushed repairs I didn't need. It was explained that I needed brakes, suspension work and exhaust. The brakes and exhaust were done six months before! They tried to pull the wool over me. They are expensive, dishonest, slow.
Heavy sales techniques, trying to tell me my car was no good, time to trade. When I respectfully declined, they continued to try by having two other sales people follow me to the parking lot. I felt they do it this way all the time.
They use intimidation tactics. If you don't get the work done, you could break down beside the road.
I will never go back. Buyer beware.
